New Additions to the Playvox Leadership Team
Over the past several years, Playvox has grown rapidly. In that time, we have serviced hundreds of companies encompassing dozens of industries around the globe, emerging as the leader in digital-first call center quality assurance.
With tremendous growth, comes fresh and exciting challenges. We’ve expanded our leadership team, adding world-class expertise in product, sales, and finance, drawing talent from some of the most successful companies in the world, such as, Verint, Talkdesk, and Transifex. We made it a top priority to seek executive leadership with diverse and forward perspectives, and whose experience and purpose aligned with the Playvox values.
We are so excited to welcome four executives who are a clear fit for our overall vision and culture. Combined, these leaders bring Playvox 90+ years of success building high-growth businesses, particularly in the customer service and SaaS verticals.

Kristyn Emenecker, Chief Product and Strategy Officer
Kristyn’s role at Playvox is to lead product strategy and to create innovative and modern solutions that deliver increased, differentiated value to customers. Kristyn has been a leading voice in the customer experience and contact center industry for more than 20 years. She has honed her love for the customer in various senior leadership roles across SaaS product/ technology, operational, consulting, sales/marketing, and corporate strategy at companies including NICE inContact, Mercom, and TPG TeleManagement. Most recently she served as SVP Product Strategy for Verint, where she was responsible for product and go-to-market strategy globally for Verint’s broad portfolio of 30+ customer engagement solutions. When she’s not defining product strategy, she can be found whipping up something delicious in her kitchen or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Chuck Krogman, Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Chuck is responsible for leading customer growth, sales productivity, market share, revenue, and cooperative partnerships. He has more than 30 years of experience in SaaS, sales, field marketing, and operations management. Prior to joining Playvox, he served as Vice President of Sales in the eastern region for Talkdesk where he built their eastern region from inception. He has constantly been recognized as a top revenue performer and was named Talkdesk Sales Leader of the Year in 2019. Before Talkdesk, He held senior-level roles at ShoreTel (acquired by Mitel), where he was instrumental in scaling and growing the business from venture start-up to successful initial public offering (IPO). In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing on the sunny and sandy beaches of Florida and chowing down on Brasilian cuisine.
Jennifer Waite, Vice President, Product Marketing
Jennifer is in charge of solutions marketing strategy, messaging, segmentation, and programs. She brings 30 years of experience in customer experience and the contact center industry. Prior to joining Playvox, she held roles with Verint, Nice inContact, and TPG Telemanagement where she was responsible for defining and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions market strategies, market positioning, messaging, market segmentation, and go-to-market launch plans. In her free time, she enjoys going camping and checking out any and all craft breweries on her travels.
Ana McCloud, Vice President, Finance
Ana heads Playvox’s budgeting, financial planning, treasury, taxes, and corporate finance teams. With over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, leading teams in fast-paced growing software environments, Ana has successfully led multiple merger and acquisition events for companies including MercuryGate International and Sageworks Inc. Outside of finances, Ana loves sushi and her alma mater, NC State University.
We are so grateful to have leaders like Kristyn, Chuck, Jennifer, and Ana, each an expert in their respective field, helping us shape the next chapter of Playvox’s journey.
As we continue to grow, these four executives will identify and create new opportunities to help our customers across the world. They have already made an impact on our internal team — cementing themselves as good humans and immediately inspiring us with their willingness to learn. We cannot wait to see where they take Playvox next.
