Adam Rennert has spent over 20 years working for major technology providers working in a broad range of functions from Solution Engineering, Product Management and Customer Support. In 2013 Adam co-founded PeakView Communications, a leader in contact center transformation services. There Adam led the development and implementation of the CCaaS evaluation and transformation process that has been successfully utilized to help dozens of enterprises make the proper transition to the cloud. Currently Adam is President of InflowCX (acquired PeakView 2021) and continues to lead the companies CX strategic direction and evolution of their offerings and services.
