Sebastian Anthony Corriere, Founder at VesuvITas Contact Center Solutions Group, has been in the customer experience industry from the age of 14. He started working as a contact center agent, and through the years has found opportunities to experience the contact center at every level. As contact centers have evolved, he too has evolved to help ensure that companies have the right solutions in place to provide excellent service, now and into the future. When he’s not hosting his own podcast or advising his clients, he can be found training his dog, Alpha, the CXC (customer experience canine).
